Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Connect With Ayurveda. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

Because our products are consumable Ayurvedic and wellness items, we accept returns only in the following cases:

Damaged product: The product arrived broken, leaking, or unsafe to consume
Wrong product: You received a different product than what you ordered
Missing items: Your order is incomplete
Expired product: The product expiry date has passed at the time of delivery

Return Timeframe

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Send us:

Your order number
Photos or video of the product and packaging
A short description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
Products returned without original packaging or seal
Products with damaged labels or missing batch numbers
Products bought during clearance sales (marked "Final Sale")

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

We arrange a reverse pickup through our shipping partner (Shiprocket or FShip)
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we process the refund within 5 to 7 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method
For prepaid orders, the amount is refunded to your card, UPI, or bank account
For Cash on Delivery orders, we transfer the refund to your bank account (please share the account details)

Exchanges

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping Charges for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we cover the return shipping
We do not process returns for reasons other than the ones listed above
