We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through Shiprocket and FShip.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune — 3 to 5 business days

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 7 business days

  • Remote areas and North East: 7 to 10 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, transport strikes, or local courier issues.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999

  • Cash on Delivery orders have a small additional charge (shown at checkout)

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at select pin codes. COD availability is shown at checkout after entering your delivery address.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, and WhatsApp

  • You can track your order in real time using the tracking link

  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please refuse to accept it from the courier and inform us immediately

  • If you accepted the package and later found damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos

  • For lost packages, we will file a claim with the courier and resolve the issue within 7 to 15 business days

Address Changes

Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
